Who We are

SEEDER (“Disciple”) theological institute was initiated in 2014 by a group of men committed to Gospel with a strong emphasis on following Christ in our own contexts. This is an organization under Seeder Asian Trust (Reg. No: 4/38/2022, Thirumangalam, Madurai, Tamilnadu, India).

Vision

By God’s grace we want to be an institute of theological education in South Asia providing Bible based and contextually relevant integrated by extension for discipling all Christians for participating in God’s mission.

Mission

Bible based, Christ-centred, contextually relevant and integrated theological education

For all Christians committed their life to proclaim Christ’s lordship in all walk’s of life
Especially for those who have committed to train, influence, mentor, shepherd Christians in their mission
Intense training for diligently studying, faithfully expanding and relevantly applying the Word of God in their own contexts.

Core Values

We believe in Bible based and Holy Spirit empowered life and ministry for active engagement in the local church with a Kingdom perspective. We promote community life and formation of God fearing character exhibited by integrity and faithfulness to God, fellow human beings and to the creation of God.

Objectives

To minimize the gap between theological scholarship, ministry and mission of the Church
To equip the churches with integrated theological education in their own contexts
To develop trainers and teachers in local levels

Conducting seminars for church pastors and lay leaders
Offering degree level programs
Publishing theological books and periodicals
